LearnTurco is designed as a privacy-conscious language learning app. This policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and what choices users have.

Information We Collect

LearnTurco may store learning progress, selected translation language, review history, access status, and app settings on your device. If you purchase a subscription or start a trial, payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play, and subscription status is managed through Adapty.

How We Use Information

We use app data to provide lessons, preserve your progress, manage review timing, unlock access, restore purchases, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

Subscriptions and Entitlements

We use Adapty for subscription management, trial status, purchase validation, entitlement access, renewal status, cancellation status, and purchase restoration. Adapty may process subscription-related identifiers and transaction information needed to provide these functions. App Store and Google Play payment information is handled by the relevant platform and is not collected directly by LearnTurco.

Content Delivery

Turkish word packs, lesson media, images, and related static content may be delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, device and browser information, request metadata, security signals, and logs as needed to deliver content, improve performance, and protect the service.

Advertising and Tracking

LearnTurco does not use advertising SDKs, rewarded video ads, or ad-based unlock flows. We do not sell personal information.

Third-Party Services

LearnTurco may rely on Apple, Google, Adapty, and Cloudflare for payments, trials, purchase restoration, entitlement status, content delivery, hosting, performance, and security. These providers process information under their own policies.

• Adapty: subscription management, purchase validation, entitlement status, and subscription analytics.
• Cloudflare: content delivery, caching, performance, network security, and protection against abuse.
• Apple and Google: app distribution, in-app purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and platform-level account management.

Analytics

LearnTurco may use subscription and entitlement analytics provided by Adapty to understand subscription status, trial conversion, renewal behavior, and access issues. We do not use this information to sell personal data or show third-party ads.

Data Retention

Locally stored learning data remains on your device unless you delete the app, reset app data, or use platform tools that remove it. Subscription and entitlement records may be retained by Adapty, Apple, Google, and LearnTurco as needed to provide access, restore purchases, resolve support requests, comply with legal obligations, and maintain service records.

Your Choices

You can cancel subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play account settings. You can remove locally stored learning data by deleting the app or using device-level app data controls where available. For privacy requests related to LearnTurco, contact us using the email below.
