These Terms govern your use of LearnTurco, including the mobile app and this website. By using LearnTurco, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

LearnTurco provides language learning content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its content.

Subscriptions and Trials

Subscription purchases, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the App Store or Google Play. Subscription status, entitlement access, purchase validation, renewal status, and purchase restoration may be managed through Adapty. Prices, trial availability, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund eligibility are shown by the relevant platform at the time of purchase.

Subscription Access

Access to paid features may depend on a valid subscription, trial, or entitlement status. If purchase validation, subscription infrastructure, or platform services are temporarily unavailable, access restoration or subscription status updates may be delayed.

Learning Content

LearnTurco is an educational tool. It can help with practical communication, but it is not legal, medical, immigration, financial, or professional advice.

Content Delivery and Media

Word packs, phrases, audio, images, and other learning materials may be delivered through Cloudflare or similar infrastructure. Content may change over time as we improve lessons, add supported situations, correct mistakes, or update media. You may not scrape, bulk download, redistribute, resell, or create a competing dataset from LearnTurco content.

Availability

We aim to keep LearnTurco reliable, but we may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed. Availability may depend on third-party infrastructure, including app stores, Adapty, Cloudflare, network providers, and device operating systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, LearnTurco is provided without warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
